The short version: what you send us is used to answer you, nothing more, and it is never sold to anyone.
Who we are
cyberessentialspluscertification.co.uk belongs to CyPro Ltd, a cyber security consultancy registered in the UK. For any personal data gathered through these pages, CyPro Ltd is the data controller.
What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry or book a discovery call, we receive what you enter: your name, work email, company, phone number and message. We use it for two things only: replying to you, and scoping or delivering work you subsequently ask for. Nothing you submit joins a marketing list without your explicit opt-in, and we never sell personal data.
Cookies
Until you choose otherwise, this site stores nothing in your browser. Where analytics are offered, their cookies load only after you press Accept on the banner, and they do nothing except show us how the site is used so we can improve it.
Spam protection
Cloudflare Turnstile protects the enquiry form from automated abuse by running a background check when you submit. Telling people and scripts apart involves Turnstile inspecting technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics; Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum governs that processing.
How long we keep enquiry data
Enquiry details are kept for as long as your enquiry, or any engagement arising from it, requires. When that need has passed, the records are removed in line with CyPro Ltd's retention policies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the personal data we hold on you, have it corrected or erased, and object to or restrict its processing. Send any such request via the contact page and it will be dealt with without delay.
